At Linkind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home lighting and security solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
